Mr. Mahdi Hayaty Al-Masri.
Chairman
Mr. Mahdi Al-Masri currently serves as the Acting General Manager of Al-Ayyam Company and Al-Ayyam Newspaper. He has also served as the Deputy General Manager of the newspaper since 1996. With extensive experience in management and economics, Mr. Al-Masri has held several prominent leadership positions, most notably as Chairman of the Board of the General Union of Palestinian Industries and Vice Chairman of the Palestinian Standards Institution (PSI) from June 2009 to November 2011.
Mr. Al-Masri holds academic qualifications in management, accounting, and environmental awareness, and is an expert in project management. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive positions in several multinational companies both locally and internationally. In addition, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of several Palestinian companies, including Palestine Industrial Investment Company (PIIC), Arkan Real Estate Company, and Al-Ayyam Printing, Press, Publishing and Distribution Company.
Mr. Ayman Hatem Abu-Ghazaleh
Vice-Chairman
He serves as the General Manager of Al-Haj Taher Al-Masri Company and holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Vegetable Oil Industries Company. He has also held several executive and leadership positions in major companies in Palestine and abroad. With extensive experience in commercial management, project management, and systems development, he has worked in these fields at leading companies in the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Sameh Muayyad Atout
Board Member
Mr. Sameh Muayyad Atout is an instructor in the Faculty of Economics at Najah National University since 2010, he was assigned as the Dean of the faculty from 2017 to 2019. He has also worked for four years as an instructor at the Arab American University.
Mr. Atout is the Financial Consultant of a group of the top corporates in Palestine, such as Global United Insurance Co.
Dr. Said Yousef Dwikat
Board Member
Dr. Said Yousef Dwikat has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Palestine Industrial Investment Company since September 2025. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and Strategic Planning, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
Mr. Dwikat brings over 22 years of practical experience in industrial development, strategic management, renewable energy, and the development of industrial estates and parks. He has led projects and initiatives that contributed to sustainable industrial growth and organizational transformation at both national and regional levels.
He also chairs the Board of Directors of Al-Pinar General Trading Company, specializing in dairy products, and the Board of Directors of Al-Rabiaa Feed & Grain Company, representing Palestine Industrial Investment Company. Moreover, he is a member of the boards of several group-affiliated companies
Amjad Abu Nab‘a
Board Member
He worked as the General Manager of Palestine Poultry Company (Aziza) and served as Deputy General Manager for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the same company. He also held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Palestine Industrial Investment Company.
Mr. Abu Nab‘a held numerous leadership positions in industrial companies and banks in Palestine, Jordan, and Algeria.
Mr. Fadi Adli Jumaa
Board Member
Mr. Fadi Adli Jumaa is the Financial Manager of Palestine Industrial Investment Company Ltd. He is also a board member of Al Pinar General Trade Co.
Mr. Jumaa is an expert in financial management, investments management & evaluation, and he has already worked in major Palestinian corporates in such areas.
Mrs. Valentina Faiq Fehmi Masri
Board Member
Mrs. Valentina Masri is the General Manager of Target Jordan Palestine securities Company. She has held several managerial positions in other companies in Palestine.
She has over 15 years of experience in business development, project management, and human resources.
