Ramallah – The National Carton Industry Company has received 6 new electric vehicles of the Seres 3 model from the exclusive agent “E-Mobility” for electric cars, which is headquartered in Ramallah. This step comes as part of the company’s strategy to move towards environmental sustainability.
A team from “E-Mobility” also trained the employees of the National Carton Industry Company on how to use these vehicles. The vehicles were handed over in the presence of Engineer Rifaat Yaish from “E-Mobility” and the General Manager of the National Carton Industry Company, Engineer AbdelNaser Dwaikat.
Commenting on this initiative, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Mahdi Al-Masri, emphasized that this initiative is part of the company’s efforts to promote the concept of sustainable transportation. He noted that since its establishment, the National Carton Industry Company has committed to enhancing and preserving the environment as a fundamental part of its mission, generating 100% of its electricity from clean energy sources. Additionally, the company aims to convert its entire fleet of cars and forklifts to electric, achieving an integration between sustainable production and transportation.
