A delegation from the National Carton Industry Company visited the Nablus Municipality Fire Department as part of efforts to strengthen mutual cooperation and in appreciation of the vital role the department plays in supporting the public safety system and training emergency response teams.
During the visit, Eng. Abdelnaser Dwaikat, General Manager of the National Carton Industry Company, presented a token of appreciation to Mr. Sultan Minawi, Director of the Nablus Municipality Fire Department. The gesture expressed the company’s gratitude for the fire department’s efforts in training a team from the Public Safety Committee and for their ongoing technical and advisory support.
The meeting included an in-depth discussion on mechanisms to enhance continuous communication and the possibility of conducting joint simulation drills to handle emergency situations. Both parties also agreed to activate mutual visits with the aim of raising preparedness levels and promoting a culture of occupational safety.
The visit was also attended by Eng. Amjad Haj Youssef, Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor at the company, who emphasized the importance of this institutional partnership in enhancing the performance of safety committees and improving the efficiency of rapid response within industrial work environments.
